David was an all encompassing, wonderful man, popular with staff and pupils alike. Always ready to smile and quick to laugh, he filled the Boys' High school with fun and warmth which extended into his listening abilities, building trust and frienship. He was an inspiration to us all. Dear David. What a very sad loss to his family especially, friends and colleagues.
